Otherkin Alliance web-site went down

September: The web domain of Otherkin Alliance, otherkinalliance.org, recently went down. The web-site had a forum and a collection of articles for otherkin. There was no warning about this downtime, and the site's Twitter doesn't say anything about it. Does anyone have an explanation of what happened, or a live location to find its content?

Otherkin Alliance's domain registration hasn't been renewed. For a while, http://forum.otherkinalliance.org was still working, but that seems to have finally stopped as well.

otherkinalliance.org has changed to simply a blue title page now with a couple polices on the bottom. It no longer takes me to Godaddy. Has been taking a while to load tho.

This is starting to remind me of when WereNet died. :|

No problem. I'd also note that there's no update regarding their downtime on the OKA twitter feed. Everything seems to have gone dead, except the IRC channel which is run by a third-party and is extremely low-traffic anyway.

The only recent activity I can find from the owner is Marvel RP things on Tumblr and their personal devotional wordpress, with no mention of OKA or anything; it seems they may have abandoned the otherkin thing entirely, which would not be so bad if they at least announced they were letting the site go.

It's over now, so I'm not gonna dwell on it. I'm glad that there is one less site hosting one of my bad essays I could never get OKA to take down.

Shame that yet *another* site has gone down, but at least it was this one this time. OKA has long been probably the most fluff-filled of the otherkin sites I know of, and a *lot* of it was propagated by some of the admins. At least otherkin.com and SIA had some good content. :-\

I left OKA as soon as it starting getting all fluffy, glad to see its down now, though sad as well, I had good times on there, but It got crazy as the years passed. I felt it necessary to leave after the lack of doing something about the fictionkin.
