Yeah! I was celebrating when I saw "dead" in red letters on the State site. Your comment reminded me that I needed to look for news coverage about the bill's death. I just checked now, but I didn't find any. Mississippi Free Press had covered the bill's introduction, but not its death. I don't see where to find government records of how exactly the bill died, either.
