Prank regarding "the first otherkin member of Congress"

Last Monday, US Senator Mitch McConnell's Wikipedia entry was briefly vandalized to include a passage claiming that he was "the first openly Otherkin member of Congress." The anonymous editor's IP address came from in Congress.

To judge by The Daily Show, he must be a turtle therian. :P (For those for whom that comment is opaque, Googling daily show mitch mcconnell will educate.)

I wouldn't be surprised if there were otherkin staffers, though I don't think they'd be the type to write this. We've had furry aides, at least in state legislature.
