I have researched it, as documented in the body modification tag in this blog. I found no examples of extant body modification among anybody active in the otherkin or therianthrope communities, who label themselves as such, and are public about both those traits about themselves. (That's fairly strict criteria.) If you find any leads for me, I'd be interested.
